We will explain every step of the way
The process begins with a phone call to discuss your mortgage goals. We will gather information regarding income, credit history and assets to make an initial determination on qualifying. We will then follow up , in writing, with some mortgage options for your consideration .
Once you have selected the desired mortgage option, we will collect supporting documents for income, credit and assets
We then submit your loan application through our automated underwriting system for initial approval. Your supporting documentation is then submitted for validation and we will obtain a conditional approval from underwriting. We then collect and submit any additional requirements for Final Loan Approval.
Once we have Final Loan Approval, we schedule your closing and obtain final closing numbers. The loan papers are then presented to you for signature and once signed your loan is closed and scheduled to disburse.
